After the cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, they undergo a detailed double anaerobic fermentation followed by a thermo shock treatment to control microbial activity and to lock in flavour. Resulting in a fruit-forward & tropical cup, combined with a highly elegant & silky finish.
Best served black as filter or espresso.
