Yirgacheffe is widely recognised as one of coffee’s ‘birth domains.’ All coffee is selectively hand-harvested before arriving at the washing station. Here, the cherries are sorted and pulped prior to 24 hours of fermentation. The parchment is then thoroughly washed and delivered to raised beds to dry for 10-14 days.
Expect a fruity, clean & vibrant cup from this coffee.
