Sourced form the Mutovu Station in the Nyamasheke District of Rwanda's West province, these cherries are dried whole to produce a fuller-bodied coffee with intense flavours. The winey acidity profile carries through to a soft almond and toffee finish. It is the perfect choice for those who prefer their coffee black as a filter or espresso.
